Hi, I'm Sara! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). I have experience working with children, young adults, and families who have experienced trauma, depression, and anxiety. I believe in meeting people where they are at and providing a person-centered approach to meet each individual's needs. I aim to provide a safe, non-judgmental space conducive to working together towards making positive change. I offer flexible therapy times outside of normal work hours.

Hi, I’m Sophie! I completed my Masters in Social Work (MSW) from Salem State University. Prior to and during my undergraduate and graduate studies, I worked with and coached children ranging from kindergarten through high school. I have worked with a diverse population of children engaging in therapy. My master’s level internship was at a suburban high school and through that year I learned extensive information and skills regarding my therapeutic practice and intervention skills among adolescents. In my practice I employ CBT, narrative therapy, and cognitive reframing, amongst other modalities. Whether a child is in need of a little extra help in regard to school issues, anxiety, ADHD, or life events I will apply a client centered approach to our therapeutic sessions.

Hi, I’m Jayden! I am currently pursuing a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Merrimack College. My approach to counseling is warm, collaborative, and centered around meeting each client where they are. I primarily work with children and adolescents, creating a space where they can feel safe, understood, and genuinely supported. I draw from a range of approaches including play therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused techniques, strengths-based practices, and art therapy. I believe therapy should feel approachable and empowering — a place to explore emotions, build confidence, and develop skills to navigate challenges both inside and outside of therapy. In each session, I aim to bring patience, curiosity, and care, adapting my approach to fit each client’s unique story. Whether a child is working through anxiety, low self-esteem, life transitions, or other challenges, I’m here to support their growth in a way that feels genuine and accessible. I look forward to supporting you on this journey!

Hi, I’m Arianna! I am currently pursuing a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Merrimack College. My approach to therapy is rooted in warmth and acceptance. I strive to create a nonjudgemental space where you can feel comfortable being yourself and exploring what’s on your mind. I enjoy working with people of all ages who want to better understand themselves and make meaningful, positive changes in their lives. I have training in trauma-focused counseling and experience supporting people as they navigate difficult emotions, past experiences, and current relationship challenges. In my practice, I like to use techniques from Person Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based therapies such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I take a strengths-based approach to help clients reach their goals, shift unhelpful thought patterns, and build greater awareness and acceptance of their emotions. Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, trauma, relationship challenges, or just feeling stuck, you don’t have to go through it alone. I am here to support you in self-growth and self-discovery, and I’m looking forward to working with you!

Hi, I'm Jessa! I'm a counseling intern at Serenity Now Counseling, completing my M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Merrimack College. Before training as a therapist, I spent a decade in corporate communications, which is a world that taught me a lot about the gap between how people seem and what they're dealing with under the surface. That experience, and a deep curiosity about how lasting change really happens, brought me here. I work under supervision with kids, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and chronic pain or fatigue. I'm especially drawn to working with people who have spent a lot of time trying to understand themselves and are still waiting for it to feel different. My approach is experiential and somatic, meaning we pay attention not just to your thoughts and story, but to what your body and emotions are trying to tell you. I use an integrative approach and draw on Coherence Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and AEDP. I believe therapy can do more than help you manage symptoms. When we work at the level where your patterns actually came from, real transformation becomes possible.
