Hi, I’m Arianna! I am currently pursuing a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Merrimack College. My approach to therapy is rooted in warmth and acceptance. I strive to create a nonjudgemental space where you can feel comfortable being yourself and exploring what’s on your mind. I enjoy working with people of all ages who want to better understand themselves and make meaningful, positive changes in their lives. I have training in trauma-focused counseling and experience supporting people as they navigate difficult emotions, past experiences, and current relationship challenges. In my practice, I like to use techniques from Person Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based therapies such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I take a strengths-based approach to help clients reach their goals, shift unhelpful thought patterns, and build greater awareness and acceptance of their emotions. Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, trauma, relationship challenges, or just feeling stuck, you don’t have to go through it alone. I am here to support you in self-growth and self-discovery, and I’m looking forward to working with you!

Accepting New Clients
Hi all! I'm Jolie. I have a Master's Degree from Merrimack College in Mental Health Counseling. My approach is collaborative and client-centered. You don’t have to do it alone—let’s work together. I bring a person-centered and strength-based approach to sessions. I utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), alongside mindfulness strategies and positive psychology. Everyone enters therapy with their own goals, and my role is to support you every step of the way. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or the lasting effects of trauma, you don’t need to have everything figured out to begin—just a willingness to show up. Every person’s story, nervous system, and strengths are unique, and therapy should reflect that. Progress is not linear, and meaningful change takes time. I am here to walk alongside you with compassion, consistency, and respect, helping you move past trauma and toward healing, resilience, and lasting change at a pace that feels right for you. If you are ready to begin the process of change, contact Serenity Now Counseling to schedule an intake.
