Serenity Now Counseling, LLC is a growing outpatient mental health counseling group with four locations throughout Massachusetts and a thriving telehealth program. We are committed to providing exceptional care to children, adolescents, adults, and families while fostering a supportive environment where clinicians can grow professionally and personally.
We are currently seeking a compassionate Mental Health Counselor to join our Danvers office, providing in-person therapy to children and families.
Whether you’re newly graduated, working toward independent licensure, or an experienced clinician, you’ll become part of a collaborative team dedicated to clinical excellence and professional development.

Qualifications
-
Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or a related behavioral health field

Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or master’s-level clinician working toward independent licensure

Experience working with children, adolescents, and families preferred

Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills

Commitment to providing compassionate, evidence-based care
